Broomio acts solely as a platform connecting customers with cleaning service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. Users engage with vendors at their own risk and are responsible for vetting and selecting service providers.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Broomio may hold payments until service completion for added protection. Refunds are subject to the individual vendor’s policy. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the vendor or escalated to Broomio if processed through our system.

6. Disputes

If a dispute arises between users or with a vendor, Broomio may assist in resolution but is not obligated to mediate. We reserve the right to take actions including account suspension or banning in cases of repeated violations or abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Broomio platform, including logos, branding, and software, is the property of Broomio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Broomio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform, vendor interactions, or any services rendered. Users accept all responsibility for their decisions and outcomes.

Broomio is operated online and accessible globally. However, the platform is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Broomio is incorporated. These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under those laws.
